Ally is our expert in customer relations and team leading, while Hamisa carries out the task of organising the staff on a daily basis and Ali, he is our man for everything and he can organize everything, he is well connected and a highly respected member of the Jambiani society.
Our chefs
Our chefs have mostly been with us for a decade and they gently rule the kitchen and are always eger to present fine tasting and beautifully decorated dishes to our guests.
Not only are they capable of preparing dishes from various cuisines, they also like to cook accoring to special wishes guets may have.

Our housekeepers
Most of our housekeepers have been working with us since day one and to have staff that sees their workplace as a second home is priceless, because the way they take care of each and every square centimeter in Casa del Mar is purely amazing.

Ayman is our head of marketing and our eBusiness developer. We are truly happy that this hospitality professional who lives and breathes tourism has joined our team last year.
